This template is arranged so that you can use it without lots of work or ridiculous amounts of customization, downloading, and re-uploading. The images are already hosted on imageshack and most of the time stay hosted for several years before going down. All you need to do is:

• download the code and open it in either Wordpad or Notepad
  
• Copy (Edit, Select All. Edit, Copy.) the code and Paste (Ctrl + p) it into a new template here on Codexed.
  
• Save

And you're done! If you feel like being extra awesome you can leave a comment to let me know you've used this template. (This isn't just to make me feel better, I promise; it lets me know not to delete the template if I'm going through the archives.)
